TASK:

Barstool:

Find a solution to attach the barstools metalring without tools and without visibility of the mechanism.

Stool:

Improve the stackability of the small Pal stool. Easy to implement into production.

I managed to develop a solution which makes assembly really easy and makes the whole stool incredibly stiff.

The keyhole/pin solution requires very precise production but we had one of the really skilled polnish producers for this one and the quality was instantly excellent.

The small stool had the problem that it got stuck and as well scratched when being stacked. I developed an easy to apply injection mold inlay by using rapid prototyping 3D print technology.
