Create tools which help to document, organise, archivate what Uusix is doing

When I arrived at Uusix I had huge problems to understand who I should actually talk to and who was responsible for what. So the first thing I did was to create these huge WHO IS WHO posters which were then put into the entrance areas of the departments.

As well there had been never a systematic documentation of the workshops works and products. So I went through many gigabytes of onsorted images and created the workshops first imagebank and a system that would guarantee that as well after me people could continue updating and using the image bank.

As a product designer the by far most difficult task was to structure the existing products and to come up with product design ideas which would on the one hand respect the recycling idea and the skills of the rehabilitation workers and on the other hand be more modern and stylish and useful too. The base for that work was in my eyes the documentation and categorisation of the existing products.
