Make Uusix stands and displays more attractive and practical without investing much money

Uusix-workshops are selling their projects at all kinds of events and markets. When I came to Uusix there was only a couple of quite poor condition wooden boxes. The stands need to cost nothing, be easy to transport and withstand though handling while transport. I asked our carpentry to modify our old boxes a bit and paint them white. We used them for transporting the goods and then at the location as the actual displays. At our recycling center I found a nice and simple shelf for more display surface. Out of bike rims and metal hooks our metal workshop uilt a small stand for our textile workshops bag products. One of my favorite materials were the countless used doors we sold at he construction department. With a little bit of paint they served very well as display surface while still having this little bit of recycling look.

The result of the work was impressive, 25 % more sales instantly.

I still believe we had as well much better products that year:)
